It all began over twenty years ago when the family began supplying high quality Indian cuisine at major events, such as music festivals, concerts, agricultural shows, race days, special parties and celebrations.
Over twenty years we’ve built a reputation for high quality and innovation in all aspects of our food. During this successful period of delivering high quality Indian cuisine at these events, our customers continually asked us, “where can we buy your food? It’s really good”. After many requests, and in response to continual customer demand ‘Express Indian Cuisine Delivered’ was formed. We now deliver the same high-quality meals straight to your door, ready for your freezer.

We cook and blast freeze the meals. A blast freezer takes the food from cooked to frozen very rapidly – sealing all of the freshness and goodness in.
We package your meals in insulated packaging to keep them frozen. Your meals are delivered frozen to your door by courier.
